CANCELLATION POLICY

Updated Cancellation & No-Show Policy 💕 When booking with Kanvas by Kanani, please note the following policy: ✨ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. ✨You are allowed one chance to reschedule for your service, if you have to reschedule a second time, and $50 cancellation fee will be charged in order to rebook again ✨ If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. ✨ No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you’ve paid a deposit for your appointment: • Cancel before the 48-hour mark → your deposit will be applied to your future service. • Cancel within 48 hours → your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. If you need to reschedule, please follow the steps on my booking site. All reschedule requests must be approved by me to take effect. If your request hasn’t been approved, your appointment time has not officially changed. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the appropriate charge being applied.
